Ulaşlar Turizm Enerji Tarim Gida ve Insaat Yatirimlari A.S. is a company founded in 1985 and headquartered in Cankaya, Ankara. Its main shareholder is Avrupa Yatirim Holding, and its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker ULAS.

The company began investing in tourism from 1994 and opened its first property, Club Hotel Ulaslar, in 1997. It expanded its hotel business by acquiring Viva Ulaslar Hotel in 2013; its properties host visitors from countries such as Russia, Poland and Germany. Having recently also turned to agriculture and food, the company has a subsidiary, Agroberry Tarim, that owns a soilless strawberry greenhouse in the Seydikemer district of Mugla. Another affiliate, Kunye Gida, supplies fruit and vegetables via the cold chain to retail chains and local grocery stores.
