UBS Group AG is a Switzerland-based global financial services group. Its shares trade on the Swiss stock exchange SIX and on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker UBS; the securities on the NYSE are not depositary receipts but the same registered shares, transferable between the two exchanges (global registered shares).

The group's main business is global wealth management, which provides investment advisory, portfolio management and lending services to wealthy and very wealthy clients around the world. In Switzerland, it offers full-service banking to retail, corporate and commercial clients. The asset management unit manages equity, bond, alternative investment and index solutions for institutions and fund distributors, while the investment bank provides corporate finance, capital markets and transaction services.
