Turcas Holding

Turcas Holding A.S. is an investment company with roots going back to 1931 that holds stakes in energy-focused companies. The company's former name was Turcas Petrol A.S., which was changed to Turcas Holding in 2025. Headquartered in Sariyer, Istanbul, it has its shares traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker TRCAS.

Turcas's affiliates are grouped into fuel and lubricant retailing, power generation and portfolio investments. Its main investment in fuels is Shell & Turcas Petrol A.S., a partnership with Shell, which operates with a nationwide dealer network, import-export terminals and a lubricants plant in Derince. In power generation, RWE & Turcas Guney Elektrik, set up with RWE, operates a natural gas combined cycle power plant in Denizli. The holding has also invested in areas such as hybrid solar energy and real estate abroad.
