Qiagen N.V. is a molecular diagnostics and life sciences company whose global headquarters is in Venlo, the Netherlands; its roots go back to a business founded in Germany in 1984, and one of its operational centers is in Hilden, Germany. Its shares trade on the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt exchange under the ticker QIA and on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker QGEN. The company is part of Germany's main stock index, the DAX.

Qiagen's approach runs from sample to result. The company produces kits and automation systems for separating genetic material from blood, tissue and other biological samples.
