TR Doğal Enerji Kaynakları Araştırma ve Üretim A.S. is an energy company within the Türk Altın Holding group, headquartered in Yenimahalle, Ankara. The company traces its origins to Ipek Matbaacilik, founded in Adana in 1985; crude oil and natural gas exploration and production were added to its activities in 2010, and in 2011 its name became Ipek Dogal Enerji Kaynaklari Arastirma ve Uretim A.S. In November 2025 the name took its current form and the ticker changed from IPEKE to TRENJ.

According to the company's website, its first economic oil discovery came in 2013, after which the Ipek Koza Crude Oil Production Facility was built in the Kozluk district of Batman; the company's KAP filing also lists Kozluk as the address of its production facility. The company assesses its licence areas through seismic interpretation, well logs and geological maps; besides fossil fuels, renewable energy sources are also part of its activity description. In the shareholder table, Türk Altın Holding A.S. is the main shareholder, and the company is in turn the main shareholder of TR Anadolu Metal Madencilik.
