Enerjisa Enerji A.S. is an electricity distribution and retail sales company under the joint control of Sabanci Holding and the German energy company E.ON. The Istanbul-based company's shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker ENJSA. Because of its regulated network income, ENJSA stock is regarded as an energy share with infrastructure characteristics.

On the distribution side, it operates the electricity grid in Ankara and its surroundings, the Anatolian side of Istanbul and the Cukurova region through Baskent EDAS, AYEDAS and Toroslar EDAS.
