Datagate Bilgisayar Malzemeleri Ticaret A.S. is a technology products distributor headquartered in Sariyer, Istanbul. Founded in 1992, the company joined Index Group in 2001, and its shares trade on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker DGATE.

After many years distributing computer components and IT products, Datagate turned to telecoms in 2014, becoming a master distributor for Apple products and a regional distributor for a mobile operator. The company, which began Vodafone distribution in 2025, has a portfolio spanning smartphones, computers, virtual reality, artificial intelligence and smart living technologies. Products reach end users through a network of dealers and retail partners, and security cameras and telecommunications equipment also fall within its scope of activity. Datagate also holds the privileged Group A shares that carry rights in the election of the board of directors at group company Despec.

For distributors, exchange-rate movements, inventory write-downs, the continuity of operator and manufacturer agreements, pricing and tax rules in the smartphone market, and working-capital financing affect margins.
