It operates in two main arms. Cigna Healthcare offers health and related insurance products to employers and individuals, with services in the United States and in international markets. Evernorth Health Services covers pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmacy, home-delivery pharmacy and care coordination services, and owns brands such as Express Scripts and Accredo.
