Nasdaq xStock

Nasdaq xStock (QQQx) is an xStocks token that tracks the Invesco QQQ exchange-traded fund, which trades on Nasdaq under the ticker QQQ. QQQ aims to track the benchmark index of large non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq exchange and therefore carries heavy exposure to technology and growth-oriented companies. The token is issued as a tracker certificate by Backed Assets (JE) Limited.

A QQQx holder does not become a unitholder of the Invesco fund; rights attached to fund units are not transferred with the token, and the economic exposure is established through the issuer's certificate obligation. According to the product page, the management fee for this ETF-based product reflects the ongoing costs charged by the manager of the underlying fund. Fund distributions are added to the token balance through the multiplier mechanism. The token is available on networks such as Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain and Arbitrum; it is not sold to US persons and is not offered in prohibited jurisdictions.

On Lzzo.com, the QQQx price, for the product matched by issuer and Ethereum contract address, comes from the USD pair on Kraken, or from a Jupiter (Solana) pool with sufficient liquidity when that source is not suitable. The token price may not be exactly the same as the fund's net asset value or QQQ's exchange close.
