The China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the registration of the offering on 22 July 2026. After the preliminary price inquiry on 22 September 2026 the offer price was set at CNY 7.00 per share for 133,739,563 new shares, raising CNY 936,176,941 before costs. Online and offline subscription took place on 28 September 2026 for a ChiNext listing under the code 301569; the issue announcement says the listing will be announced separately, and no listing date had been published as of 5 October 2026 (cninfo.com.cn, issue announcement of 24 September 2026).
