agbi.com reported on 21 May 2026 that Dubai Investments told the Dubai Financial Market in a statement that it will offer 24 percent of the park, subject to regulatory approvals, and expects to list before the end of 2026; the group said it continues to assess the optimal timeline and that details would be released in due course.
