IPO notes
Chaleit published its AIM Rule 2 announcement on 2 October 2026 (londonstockexchange.com, Regulatory News Service). It states an issue price of 50 pence for 22,470,298 ordinary shares to be admitted, an anticipated market capitalisation of GBP 11.2 million, and capital of about GBP 2.1 million on admission, of which GBP 1.1 million comes from new shares and GBP 1.0 million from existing shares offered by its chief executive. Admission to AIM is expected on 7 October 2026; the nominated adviser is Strand Hanson and the broker is Oberon Investments.
