The Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu approved Bewen Enerji's offering of 80,000,000 shares at a fixed TL 48.10 per share in its bulletin of 23 July 2026, and demand collection was scheduled for 29 to 31 July 2026. On 31 July 2026 the company disclosed that it had reviewed the process because of market conditions during demand collection and decided to postpone the offering; new dates were to be announced separately (kap.org.tr).
