Securitize

SECZ is the blockchain counterpart of the shares of Securitize Holdings, Inc., the public company of US-based Securitize, which tokenizes real-world assets. Following its merger with Cantor Equity Partners II, the company began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SECZ in early July 2026 and moved part of its shares on-chain the same day. Tokenized SECZ is issued on Solana and Avalanche; according to the company, the on-chain shares and the traditional registered shares are equivalent representations of the same class of common stock.

The official share register is maintained by Securitize Transfer Agent, a transfer agent registered with the SEC, and shares can be moved between book-entry form and on-chain positions. Securitize operates in the US through subsidiaries that run an SEC-registered broker-dealer and an alternative trading system, and in Europe through a company authorized under the EU's DLT Pilot Regime. Access to tokenized SECZ depends on identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks and eligibility conditions that vary with the investor's country.
