Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund

SAFO is a token representing shares of Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund, a sub-fund set up in France under the Spiko SICAV umbrella; in other words, it is not a cryptocurrency but a tokenized share of a regulated investment fund. The fund was announced in March 2026. Investment management is delegated to Amundi, CACEIS provides custody and fund administration services, and Spiko acts as transfer agent, tokenization platform and intermediary.

The fund's strategy aims to deliver a return above risk-free benchmark rates, with overnight liquidity, through fully collateralized total return swaps with banks. The product is designed for the cash management and collateral needs of companies and financial institutions and offers share classes in more than one currency; according to DefiLlama's data, SAFO is the dollar class. The share register is kept on the blockchain, and the net asset value is brought on-chain using Chainlink infrastructure. The token appears on Ethereum, Stellar, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon and Starknet.
