BlackRock Daily Reinvestment Stablecoin Reserve Vehicle (BRSRV) is a US-registered government money market fund of the asset manager BlackRock; the fund's traditional ticker is RSVXX. According to the official product page, the fund issues its shares on the blockchain under the name OnChain Shares, doing so through a permissioned system that operates in connection with open, permissionless blockchains. The fund's purpose is for OnChain Shares to count as an eligible reserve asset for stablecoin issuers under the US payment stablecoin law (the GENIUS Act) enacted in July 2025.
