POSCO Holdings Inc.

POSCO Holdings Inc. is the holding company that manages South Korea's steelmaker POSCO and a range of subsidiaries. The company, which moved to a holding structure in 2022, has its shares traded on the Korea Exchange (KOSPI) under the code 005490; it is also listed in the US on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker PKX.

The core of the group is POSCO, which produces flat steel, hot- and cold-rolled sheet, automotive steel, electrical steel and stainless steel at integrated works in Pohang and Gwangyang. The holding company also houses POSCO International, which runs trading, energy and natural gas operations; POSCO Future M, which makes cathode and anode materials for electric vehicle batteries; and construction companies. The group is also investing in raw materials such as lithium and nickel in order to reach the start of the battery supply chain.
