Lennar Corporation is a homebuilding company headquartered in Miami, Florida, and was founded in 1954. Its shares trade on the NYSE under the ticker LEN, and its Class B shares trade under the code LEN.B. The company is among the components of the S&P 500.
Lennar builds and sells single-family homes and townhomes in many US states, aimed at first-time buyers, move-up buyers and retirees. The homebuilding segment is divided regionally into east, central, Texas and west groups. The financial services segment offers mortgage loans, title and closing services. Multifamily development and other investments are also among its activities. In 2025 the company separated part of its land assets into a separate company called Millrose Properties.
