Celltrion, Inc. is a South Korean biotechnology company that develops and manufactures biologic drugs. Its shares trade on the Korea Exchange (KOSPI) under the code 068270. In December 2023 the company merged with Celltrion Healthcare, the group company that handled overseas marketing of its products, bringing production and sales under one roof.

Celltrion's main business is biosimilars: equivalents of monoclonal antibody drugs whose patents have expired, with their similarity proven through clinical trials. The company's portfolio extends from TNF inhibitors used in autoimmune diseases to oncology drugs and treatments for allergies and eye diseases. It has positioned some of its products in the US as new drugs, such as a subcutaneous form of the infliximab molecule.
