STRCon is a tokenized product issued under the Ondo Global Markets umbrella to provide economic exposure to STRC, Strategy Inc's variable-rate Stretch preferred stock. The issuer is Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands; the product is structured as a note (a debt instrument) under terms of sale governed by Swiss law. The token is therefore offered not by Strategy itself but by a third-party issuer.

According to Ondo, Global Markets tokens are backed one-to-one by underlying securities held at regulated custodian broker-dealers, plus an additional collateral buffer; the backing is verified by Ankura Trust Company. The token aims for an economic outcome similar to holding STRC and reinvesting the dividends paid. Minting and redemption are open to eligible individual and institutional users outside the US and can be carried out throughout the trading week. STRCon is available on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana.
