SpaceX xStock

SpaceX xStock (SPCXx) is a freely transferable tracker certificate token issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited under the xStocks brand. The issuer's product page and the xStocks asset entry give the underlying as the shares of Space Exploration Technologies Corporation traded on Nasdaq under the ticker SPCX; the product page lists the company's address as Starbase, Texas.

The token is not a share of the company and gives its holder no shareholder rights; in the issuer's words, it is designed to give eligible investors regulatory-compliant exposure to the price of the underlying share. As with Backed's other xStocks products, Alpaca Securities, InCore Bank, Maerki Baumann and GTN Europe are listed as custodians. The product is not sold to US persons and is not marketed in prohibited jurisdictions. According to the xStocks entry, the token is available on networks such as Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Mantle, TON and Monad.

Lzzo.com identifies SPCXx by issuer, Ethereum network and contract address; because the SpaceX bStocks product in the catalogue tracks the same share through a different issuer structure, the two products are separated by issuer. The price is taken, in order, from the Kraken USD pair, from the USDT pairs on Bybit and KuCoin converted into dollars at the Coinbase Exchange rate, or from a Jupiter (Solana) pool with sufficient liquidity.
