Product information
What is NVIDIA xStock (NVDAx)?
NVIDIA xStock (NVDAx) is an xStocks token that tracks the NVDA shares of NVIDIA Corporation, known for its graphics processors (GPUs) and artificial intelligence computing platforms, on Nasdaq. The issuer is Backed Assets (JE) Limited, established in Jersey, and the product is legally a tracker certificate; in other words, the token represents a claim linked to the value of the share, not the share itself.
According to the xStocks documentation, dividends paid by the underlying company are reinvested into additional shares by the custodian after withholding tax, and this is reflected in token balances through an increase in an on-chain multiplier; in stock splits the multiplier is updated in the same proportion. On Ethereum and other EVM networks the contract adjusts balances automatically, while on Solana and TON the multiplier is stored in the token metadata. NVDAx is not offered to US persons; the list of restricted countries is in Backed's legal documentation, and access varies with the eligibility rules of the intermediary platform.
On Lzzo.com, the NVDAx price is tracked through an identity verified by issuer, Ethereum network and contract address. The primary source is the USD pair on Kraken; second is the USDT pair on Bybit converted into dollars at the Coinbase Exchange rate, and last a Jupiter (Solana) pool with sufficient liquidity. Because the token can change hands at weekends, its price can diverge from NVDA's last close.
