## What is Oyak Securities Investment Trust (OYAYO)?

Oyak Yatırım Ortaklığı A.S. is a securities investment trust founded in Istanbul in 2006. Headquartered in Sariyer, Istanbul, the company's main shareholder is Oyak Yatirim Menkul Degerler A.S. Following its IPO in 2007, its shares began trading on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker OYAYO.

The company was set up to manage, within the principles and rules set by legislation, a portfolio of capital market instruments and of gold and other precious metals traded on exchanges and organized markets. The trust holds the license required to build, manage and, when necessary, change its portfolio. The company states that it aims to keep risk limited by monitoring changing market conditions and to manage the portfolio with a professional approach that looks after the interests of investors and shareholders.
