Foosung is a materials company in South Korea that makes fluorine-based chemicals, and its head office is in Hwaseong in Gyeonggi Province. According to its annual report filed with DART, the company was founded in November 2006, and its shares began trading on the Korea Exchange in December 2006. The stock code is 093370.

Drawing on the fluorine chemistry know-how it has built up, the company makes refrigerants, materials used in rechargeable batteries, inorganic fluorides and specialty gases for semiconductors; these basic chemical materials are used in the automotive, steel, semiconductor, construction and environmental industries. The report also describes Hantec, which became a wholly owned subsidiary through a share exchange in December 2022. Hantec was founded in 1998 and designs and builds chemical process equipment.
