Akdeniz Yatırım Holding is an investment holding company headquartered in Bagcilar, Istanbul. The company took its current name when Akdeniz Guvenlik A.S., whose shares have traded on Borsa Istanbul since 2012, was converted into a holding structure; it trades under the ticker AKYHO.

According to the company's own account, following legislation on private security services it decided to exit private security, its main field of activity, and turned to new areas with growth potential. Today the holding says it operates in the plastics industry, chemical products, renewable energy, agriculture and livestock, environmental and waste systems, defence, and software and hardware. Its subsidiaries include Milya Plastik, Nanox Kimyasal Urunler, ATG Cevre Geri Donusum, Gunpak Enerji and Salda Tarim ve Hayvancilik, and the holding has also published announcements on the acquisition of solar power generation companies.
